Murphy the Rottie

Apologies but It's been a while since i've been on here but some of you may remember me and Murphy my gorgeous Rottie.

Im totally heartbroken ..... Murphy was pts on monday evening as he had a tumour on his leg - the vets never thought he would make it past 5 years as he had not exactly had a healthy life what with 2 tplo ops and varoious others but he would of been 8 this November.

I adopted Murphy when he was 10 months old - they say you dont get the dog you want but the dog you need and I couldnt agree more......we without doubt saved each other and he taught me everything I know and in a roundabout way help save other dogs too.....

I now have the biggest hole in my heart but I know over time I will fill that hole with the wonderful memories I have of Murphy....Run free at the bridge my gorgeous boy and play nicely with Jesse (GSD) and Katie Cotton (Bulldog).

Love you always.....
xx

Oh no, Stephanie - I am so deeply sorry to hear dear Murphy has gone to the bridge. I know you hadn't been on for a while here, I just thought perhaps you'd been busy.

I know what a difficult time you had with his health, I am so saddened to hear this Take comfort in knowing you gave him the very best of homes and never once stopped trying to help him get over his health problems, where many other owners would have given up, you didn't.

He had a wonderful home and life with you - I hope the pain lessens in time and you look back at your time together with a smile, remembering the good times.

Huge hugs - RIP gorgeous boy xxxx

Stephanie, I am so sorry to be reading this very sad news. Murphy was such a special dog, and in time you will be able to remember him with smiles instead of tears.

Run free, sweet lad - no more pain now....

Big love, honey..... xxx
