A few questions on dog products...

Hi guys, hoping some of you may take a minute to answer my questions with regards to buying pet products...

Bulls pizzle: pack of 5 £4.45 (£1.30 p&p)

Meat filled cows hooves: £1.10 each(£1.30 p&p)

Pigs ears: pack of 2 £1.49 (£1.30 p&p)

Tough rope ball medium: £2.55 (free p&p)

Squeaky toys (various shapes) £1.80 each (free p&p)

So, if you could answer the following for each item:

Do you think the price (and p&p) is reasonable/would you pay this amount for the product?

If not, then what do you believe is a reasonable price?

Would you prefer items to be bigger multipacks, or sold singularly?

And last of all, are there any products that you would like to buy online but are not easily available?

Thankyou

How big are the pizzle pieces?
Prices seem OK but not amazingly cheap, not really enough to convince me to order from that place rather than anywhere else.
I buy multipacks but not absolutely huge packs - a month or two's worth for two large dogs.
I'd love to see long pieces of dried esophagus online as the only place I've found selling long pieces has a bit of an iffy reputation!

Seems reasonable

Meat filled cows hooves: £1.10 each(£1.30 p&p)
The product price seems ok but p&p adds a lot on.

Pigs ears: pack of 2 £1.49 (£1.30 p&p)
The product price seems ok but p&p adds a lot on. I buy whole ones from my pet shop for 70p.

Tough rope ball medium: £2.55 (free p&p)
Seems a good price

Squeaky toys (various shapes) £1.80 each (free p&p)
Are these plush toys or plastic?

This is maybe not the norm, but personally I hate p&p costs. I would rather have it included in the price, or have the site show:
Postage costs £x for orders under £5
£x for orders under £15 etc rather than per product charging.

If not, then what do you believe is a reasonable price?

Would you prefer items to be bigger multipacks, or sold singularly?
I think having the option for both, and proving discounts for bulk buying. I don't like buying bulk in things I haven't tried!

And last of all, are there any products that you would like to buy online but are not easily available?

Items that are not commonly sold in pet shops - good chews such as pizzles, dried fish, and 6 foot leads. Better selection of cheapish plush toys. I'm sure theres loads but I would need to think!

Thankyou

Thanks, the bulls pizzle is 20cm long and "extra thick", the squeaky toys are plastic.

Thats pretty much what i thought about the p&p- especially for the individual items as it makes them quite pricey.

For me, I'd rather the product was a little more expensive and cheaper p&p or free so I feel like I'm getting a bargain. Or same price product as above and free p&p if you buy over a certain amount. Just my thoughts.

I agree re- p&p. I hate p&p charges, but am ok with X under £X , one price for any number of things up to a certain weight...
