Tollers - how can I tell if my dog is crossed with a toller?

My beautiful rescue dog appears to look like a toller? He has webbed feet, a feathered tail, is red/gold and has curly hair in his chest. What do you think?

Barks when he hears someone at the door - but doesn't react further. Not aggressive at all.
Thanks for replying

He could just as easily be golden retriever or cocker spaniel cross, you have no way of knowing for sure.

Have you got a photo?

Surely if it has webbed feet, it must have some toller in it? Or do other possible breeds have webs as well?
