Would you go back to your dogs breeder?

Inspired by the other thread, would you, if you were looking for another dog/pup go back to the breeder or rescue you got your existing dog/s from?

My two English are more or less from the same place, I love their temprements, they may not be to everyones tastes, look wise, but to me they are wonderful, so yes I would.
The Pointer, unlikely, as her mother was spayed as precaution as there is epilepsy in the line possibly...
The Irish, not sure, will have to think on that one, as she was not bred by the person I got her from. She is a solid girl though!

We have 2 dogs from the same breeder and if i am allowed another boxer she will be my first port of call..

If I was getting another Golden Retriever and in the UK, then yes, if it was possible, I'd go back.

But while here, I would only have a rescue , too many dogs in rescue here.

Definately go back to my breeder, i love the way she breeds for health and temperment first.

Not for Tilly (Yorkie)...they were 'one off' breeders. But yes I would for the other two.

i would have to say no,lots in rescue...pups as well....i would go back to the same rescue, breed spasific,dogos,.....pits there dime a dozen.unfortunatly..where i live..

I would sooner stick needles in my eye than line her pockets again. Hell will freeze over ... over my dead body ... not in this lifetime ... etc. etc. etc.

That's a "no", in case there is any doubt.

I would not touch Flynn's breeder again with a sh**ty stick which is a shame because she produces wonderful looking dogs. I do not agree with her ethics (or lack of them).

If I could remember who bred Jed then i'd know to avoid her too.

But I would go back to the rescue I got Jessie from.

As for my two whippets would go back to the breeder of one of them but most definately not the other one
