Good morning everyone - Saturday!

Morning all,

I managed to almost catch up yesterday, and would have made it if I’d stayed another hour, but I just couldn’t face it any longer and ran screaming from the building at 4.30 on the dot

Off out today with Jackie to Horsham, which will be fun. We laugh such a lot when we’re together, it’s always a blast.

Only 5 hours sleep last night as I was up twice with Mya, so this afternoon will be spent snoozing..... I just have to think up something really easy for dinner tonight.... smokey bacon pasta is looking favourite at the moment.

You have my sympathies re: lack of sleep. Same here with Ollie again last night. Bed at 10pm up at 1am let him out for a wee slept on the sofa he wanted company. Awake at 4am let him out for a wee popped back to bed he seemed more settled up at 6.30am to let him out for another wee. Slept on sofa till just gone 7am.

I think I may be snoozing all day.

Look out for the money Steph don't they say where theres muck theres money ? Hope it all goes well.

I'm feeling really tired this morning, think its the fatigue because my fibro is playing up again, not because I have had broken sleep like you Vicki and Lynn. I've had a few bad days with it, but hopefully it will get better later along with the weather as I have planned to go and park the car at my mums today and go for a lovely walk to Mistley, along the river, through Manningtree and back up to my mums this afternoon with Kyiro.

Another day at work for me, hopefully it will be really busy and the day will fly in.

Was planning going running this morning but kept getting woken up last night, three times at least last night, so wimped out (didn't help that it was piddling down out either). Also sit-ups are out too, which is annoying me. I somehow pulled a muscle in my lower stomach coughing last week and now it's at the point where sitting down and standing up or getting up from lying down is very painful.

So for the moment, I'm back on the ibuprofen until it heals. Boo Hiss.
