Tilly's homemade doughnut bed

here is my prototype attempt at making a doughnut dog bed

Doughnut!

Looks a bit boring yes!!
So nexts comes the removable cover made from faux suede & Giraffe print Faux skin fur which feels so lush I could sleep in it myself with matching bone bolster cushion & blanket

Add 1 dog who thinks the cushion is a toy & tries to find it's squeak

Cover with blanket & ask for a pretty face

Not my usual black & red colours, been having fun experimenting with some different fabrics though!

Next one coming soon is going to be a half doughnut which is meant to look like a sofa, I haven't finished it yet
Thanks for looking

hee hee thankyou

It still needs a bit of tweeking, although the bottom is padded I think I'm going to make another thinner cushion to go on top of the base to hold the cover down better.
The hardest bit was the stuffing, it was like the story of the 3 bears "too hard" then "too soft" then "just right"
Tilly seems to like it - though I've taken it away again for now whilst I tweek
