Growth or worm in the eye lid ?

Hi all, I have a 5 year old Golden Retriever. She has had this growth for quite a few years and I've noticed its getting bigger. The vet said its nothing to worry about but I'm starting to think this might be a parasite or worm of some kind. Can anyone identify what it is from these pictures please? It doesn't seem to be giving her any discomfort at the moment.

Years ago my Beagle had something similar it kept growing and had to be removed eventually because it was rubbing on his eye. Op was no problem and it never came back

Just looks like a harmless papilloma (wart) to me. Unless its causing damage to the eye, its harmless.

looks like a wart, if its not bothering her, leave well alone.
