Photogenic Dogs

Do you think like humans some dogs are more photogenic than others . I find I always get great pics of Tom my lurcher , he is such a poser and very patient with the camera, Bella my grey is a very pretty hound but you never seem to be able to catch it with the camera , maybe its just my camera skills ?

I don't know about photogenic or not, but Marius sure does pose for the camera, whereas Lola is a devil to capture a good shot of!!

We only have to get the camera out and Mollie poses - if we don't take her photo she barks until we do ! Makes e-baying fun

I could never take a good shot of my BC. As soon as you pointed the camera at him his ears would go back - no idea what he thought it was and trying to catch him unawares was very difficult. My Saluki however, every picture is brilliant. Staffie X pictures are just funny mostly.

I do think there is a difference. Axel is very still most of the time, so fairly easy to capture...but as he's black which makes it harder in other ways...so I think it's a mix of their colour and minxiness!

It's strange how much extra coat some show poodles suddenly have in pictures. It's amazing what photoshop can do
