Are we the taxpayer paying for it? Or do they shell out for it themselves?

As if you even have to ask?!? Even if the taxpayer isnt directly paying for the wedding then we will be paying for the masses of extra security required as I reckon it's going to become a prime target for terrorism in some way or another especially if reports are true and all the big world leaders will be there.
