About a week, I stopped using them, everything came smashed up a few times.

Ours normally take a week and we live in a remote area that normally takes longer for deliveries. They supply a tracking number so you can work out when it will arrive.

I found their customer service good when I had a part delivery stolen in transit. Used to use pet something but they kept taking my money when they had no stock.
