Heelwork to music pics and a few others from Paws in the Park, Glasgow, 04/09/10.

My dogs didn't return from their holidays until Saturday night, so I borrowed a friends dog for the day and we went to Paws in the Park in Glasgow together and had lots of fun.

There were loads of stands, a fun dog show where Sammy got 3rd in Best Crossbreed, have a go agility, obedience, doggy dash etc.

The whole show was very well organised, relaxed and so much fun. The park it was held in was Rouken Glen which is a lovely big park with loads of space, so the show didn't feel too cramped, even though it was really busy.

Here is the dog I had for the day - the lovely Sammy, who is 12 years old (and a girl!)....

We played with her new toy that she got on Saturday....

We met up with forum member Laura-Anne who was manning the Oldies Club stand. Here are a her two dogs, Muffin and Tots....

Now some heelwork to music pics....Sorry there are loads!

And finally, a little star in the making - Gertie...

Thanks for looking.

The heelwork to music was on before the displays and the dog show.

Yes, it was a great turn out. I'll definitely be going to that show again.

Think I may go next year just for fun. Looked like an amazing day. Only thing I dont like about running stalls, being tied to them and missing a lot of the fun Generated a lot of interest in Oldies Club though which is always good! Sammy is such a lovely dog. Has her owners said anything about that lump?

She is lovely. Yes, she's had her at the vets about it and it's just a fatty lump due to her age.

Glad you got some interest at your stand.
