Im NOT going to court!!

You guys may rem my nasty neighbours had taken a civil action against their problems with my dogs barking
I went to court but they got it put back and another date set
I have been spending ages getting statments from friends, neighbours and hotels we have stayed in that my dogs are not noisey

Today I got a letter saying I dont have to go to court as the neighbours have canceled the action

I am so happy, but angry too that they can use the legal system to bully and stress me for 6 months then just cancel and get off scott free

thank god!!!!

they seem like real ar*eholes!!!! maybe send them a letter asking why they have cancelled it and an apology. Then if anything kicks off again in the future, you have it in writing that they did not proceed and their reasons.

Well that is great news but so much stress for you in the meantime.

Oh, that's such good news, Pam.

No, I wouldn't go anywhere near the neighbours either - if you did, they might just decide to go to court afterall! Do you see what I mean?

Good idea to ask the court their reasons though and perhaps get it in writing as to why, if you can.

Such great news that the ignorant *******s have cancelled their pathetci action but my blood boils that they have wasted the Legal System... hope their Lawyers screw their bills up. Some people are so ridiculous aren't they? They had no care or consideration for your stress levels etc. Let us hope they leave you alone now x
