The Long or short of it

As u know i have a West Highland White Terrier cross Dandie Dinmont Terrier, Florrie, a 5 month old hooligan.
Now Westeis are normal length dogs, but Dandies are a wholde different ball game. Dandie Dinmonts are very low, very looooooooooooong little dogs, now Florrie is quite long in my opinion, and as her mum was a Dandie Dinmont terrier, Poppy was long to, so i have posted 2 pics, one of Florrie taken this morning, and One of Poppy her mum a Dandie DInmont, p.s Poppy moved when this pic was taken, so she really is much longer.
So have a look and tell me what u all think.

Its difficult to tell, florrie looks to me as long as poppy, it would be easier if the were together.....

Poppy is a lot longer then that picture shows Moli, it would be a bit difficult to get a picture of them together, as we live in COventry, and Poppy is all the way down in Hampshire!
Maybe i should hold a terrier mixes of the Sprake family reunion, oooh thats an idea!

Right from her nose to the tip of her tail, she is 25 1/2 inches, and she is only 5 months old!
Whereas Polly my 6 year old JRT is only 19 inches from nose to tip of tail!

i also must add that when she lies down with her legs sprawled backwards, she is about 28 inches, so i think she will take after the dandie trait of length!

Whatever lenght she is, she is a real cute little girl....
