Dinner time

What time is dinner time in your house?

We don't usually sit down to dinner until about 7.30/8pm these days and it feels very late.

I'm sure I remember having dinner at about 5.30pm when I was younger. Have times really changed that much?

We eat around 5-30 but we are old
If I didn't eat till around 8 I would never sleep, I need longer to digest my meal.

So what time do you have breakfast and lunch?

I wish I was old and retired. I would have an afternoon nap every day!

Before kids same as you if not later....8.30-9pm
Now with kids it is about 5.30...it does feel early but I am used to it now and am hungry at that time (well I'm hungry most of the time but you know what i mean!).
I like us to eat together...couldnt do them tea and then us eat later its not right!

Between 7:30 and 8:00 typically, but it can be and often is later. I don't like eating dinner any earlier than 7:30 if it can be helped.

Our varies greatly depending on what we're having and what time we've got in.

With Rich being away during the week I usually get to sit down for tea by about 8ish after i've done all my chores and then cooked tea.

At weekends we usually eat about 8pm.

The general rule is that we eat fairly shortly after i start to get hungry as i'm one mean b***h when i'm hungry!

If I manage to resist climbing into the fridge when I get home from work it's about 7pm, if my will power fails it's about 8.30pm. I have come in from work at 3am, reheated my curry and eaten it before going to bed. That's really bad for the digestion!!

For us it's about 6pm. I'm not keen on eating much later than that
