Please help identify this Daniel Craig Film

Can Dogsey people help please...after much alcohol we are trying to remember the name of a daniel craig film where at the start he and a few others are clinging on to a hot air balloon which is released accidentally and the folk hanging on gradually drop off as it climbs higher and higher and Daniel Craigs character is traumatised for the rest o his life by the images of people hitting the ground and dying from a great height.
Not exactly Christmassy I know but any help welcome

Thank you very much off to text the relatives who posted that question, I have never seen it but they had and couldn't remember the name it was really bugging them and I thought I know exactly where I will find out!!
