Pickles, 4-5 yr old Staffie

History: Pickles unclaimed in a pound and nearly lost her life due to poor state of untreated skin.

Salient points: Small Staffie. Skin condition now being treated and responding.

Advert: Pickles is a loving Staffie who was harbouring a chronic skin condition, obviously neglected by her previous owners for a long time. She missed out on a rescue place as her ears were also affected, but the alarm bells sounded and she came down to London, to safety. She is improving with each day and is proving her worth in many ways. She has been spayed, chipped and vax'd. She knows she is loved and has got the message she will always be cared for from now on.

Pickles is socialising with dogs on walks just fine. She walks well to heel. She is unperturbed in kennels now and continues to love her food, thankfully as she is needing to put weight on! So spring is in the air and a spring is in her step. Life isn't short ... the road was tough and now it's playtime! Pickles got in a pickle, now she is here ... just for the tickles!
