Fudge was an ambassador for child/dog confidence!

We had my youngests birthday party on Saturday. She went to the cinema and had a meal with friends. They came back to the house for about 90 minutes afterwards. Bearing in mind we are down to one habitable room downstairs I was alittle apprehensive about the four extra girls and Fudge.

One of them loves Fudge and has come to love dogs because of it. She used to be terrified but over time has gained confidence around her. This particular child showed her peers how she could give Fudge a treat and get Fudge to give paw. She also had Fudge doing "beg" and "spin".Slowly the other girls began to interact with Fudge. One who was very timid plucked up the courage to stroke her, both on her back and around her ears.

Not before too long they were all in the big new (empty) hall playing tennis ball with Fudge. There were some amazed parents when they arrived to pick up.

Well done Fudge, you were fantastic....
