Birmingham anyone?

Just started to wonder how many people on here are actually in Brum.

I would love to meet with other dogs to help keep Jess socialised (she mainly only socialises with GSD's at the moment, so would love to increase the different breeds for her to get used to)

Hi what part of Brum are you from? I'm originally Erdington way (please don't judge me ;P ) My family and friends are still in Brum and I visit as often as I can. Later on in the year we should be posted back to the UK and hopefully not too far away so I can see my friends and family a lot more.

When Bine is more sociable I would also love her to have regular playmates. Even though she is a GSD I hope this would be okay.

I'm in Tyseley.

Jess a GSD too, and if/when you come back, let me know as I go on quite a lot of GSD walks where there can be anywehere between 15-30 GSD's walking in one park together. They have done Jess the world of good as she was stupidly anti-social when we got her (rescue).

Oooooo that would be brilliant, Yup Bina is the same she only has to see another dog and goes doolally. She doesn't bark at all any other time.

I'll look forward to that. :0)

Is she agressive or just your typical noisy shep?

I will look forward to meeting you and Bina

Born in West Heath....South side of Birmingham
Lived in Stirchley, Longbridge and Northfield when I was married first time round.
Moved to Erdington after my divorce.
Now live in Stechford with my 2nd Hubby.

Guess that makes me born and bred brummie.

I'm a born and bred Cestrian (from Chester) and find Birmingham very different to what I am used to hehe

I find it strange with all the different cultures here, as the most foreign I was used to was Irish lol. Its not a bad thing though (most of the time...)

I know what you mean, years ago...back in the late 50's we had alot of irish families living by us, as you say that was the most culture you saw, but we loved them, especially our one neighbour who had a number of children and did loads of baking, and stewed cups of tea Those were great days We loved going into thier house....so homely.

Well we're up for walking, if your not too fussed about mad Border Collies.
