Think We Are Going To End Up At Emergency Vets Soon(update @post 31)

Poor Shady just can't stop being sick and is obvously in a fair bit of discomfort.
She takes a couple of laps of water and back it comes, she keeps groaning too.
I am 99% certain she hasn't eaten anything.
She was at my normal vets 3 weeks ago for similar and her temp was high then and her urine very dilute. I thought the antis they gave her had sorted her out, although must say she hasn't been as energetic since on her walks and only manages a few chases of the frisbee.
I really want to wait till the morning and see my own vet but she is starting to look very very flat and unhappy now.

UPDATE POST 31

If I could get her to eat it she wouldn't be able to keep it down, she can't keep a sip of water down for more than 30 seconds.

Stop giving her water, that will dehydrate her quicker when she is sick, it starts a chain reaction. Id ring the Vet and ask their advice.

how long has this been going on,allerrgic reaction to foods? are her ears itchy ,feet bothersome ,chewing ,hair loss and poor coat ? take a good look,iv seen more reactions to food in dogs over the last 15 years, than i care to mention ,ask your vet, bring a lable from the feed you use and show it to the vet ...there are many reasons and this is just one ......respecfully....hope all goes well good luck

I would call the vets and explain it to them, see what they advise.
Hope shady is on the mend soon, keep us posted.
All the best
