period from hell

i feel like im dying , i have the prriod from hell cant sit down , tummy ache , head ache , feel totally c**p and very sorry for myself today

Awww I'm sorry to hear that Ellas mum Have you taken anything for the pain, I always find Ibuprofen very helpful and the only tablet that works for me. When I was younger I used to suffer badly with period pains and the doctor couldn't do anything for me except put me on the pill but as I was only 15 my mum said 'no way' (I could have killed her cos anything was better than the pain ) I used to be ill for about 3 days everytime and used to dread it.

Sorry to hear that your in pain Have you ever tried ponstanforte is a pain killer just for period pains and it works wonders Before i had the kids i used to suffer really bad like you, only your doctor can prescribe these tablets

There is a non pescription tablet just for period pain cant think of the name femi something or other but is very good, think you can get it from most chemists. Hope your feeling beter soon!

Hope you feel better soon .If you have a hot water bottle they are good laid on your tummy,on your clothes and with hot water in of course.

Is the tablet called Feminax? I used to have them when I suffered badly when I was young but they didn't really work for me not like Ibuprofen does.

im just finished a 20 week period, but according to the drs and consultants ive seen in the last 4 years theres nothing wrong with me
