Got the sunflower pics!

Now hubby is 6ft 3inches tall....and this is the sunflower. It hasn't flowered yet!

wow they are big

when we feed the birds in the avairies we chuck out the old food for the wild birds and there is a section in our garden overrun with sunflowers

will get a couple of pics for you to see

The Sunflowers have finally come down and I measured them, we had 3 sunflowers. 1 was 9ft 1inch. the second was 8ft dead on and the last one 7 and a half foot.

Wonder if I can beat that next year!

Oh he's used to things like that. I'm only a weeny 5ft 2" so in our house he's the official lightbulb changer, and the 'stuff from the high cupboard' fetcher.

At least till Davie grows taller than me
