Nearly there....

Well....after (not that long really!) 4 months....I have finally sold my house (I did reduce the price a lot to get rid).....Taking in the signed land registry today, but the contracts have been signed and should all be done next wednesday.......

2 signitures and I am no longer a homeowner

It was my choice.....I am hoping to get some land to run the business on.
The legal contracts are being exchanged tomorrow! (I dropped the last signed document into the soliciters this morning!)

Yep - I live in a static Caravan on my Grans land - I ahve been for 5 years now! The house has been rented out, but the tenant left and It is so far away and always a worry that something will go wrong....Not any more

ETA - sorry - just realised that does not make much sense....Mum live here as well! - 3 generations of women under the same roof! Always fun
