My welcome banner is so outdated that Marius looks like a pup on it

I am definitely technically-challenged so unable to do my own Can anyone help me create one please. Any advice gratefully received, cheers!!

Great minds think alike I looked at mine on photobucket the other day and Olliie's a puppy on there hence why I don't use it and I am not clever enough to change it.
