Hotpoint guarantee!

I brought a new Hotpoint Aquarius washing machine about 7months ago, i registered it online but i cant find the guarantee. The handle is broke and i dont know how to go about getting it repaired. Does anyone know how to go about getting it repaired under the guarantee

As long as you still have your receipt or a record of the transaction (ie bank statement) that should act as your guarantee.

Give the hotpoint helpline a call and they should be ablt to help you and put you in touch with the right people.

I cant find anything for it

I brought it from a shop in town that lets you pay in instalments, maybe i should ring them and ask if they have a record of it?
