I am pleased you have met some nice ones, most people just experience bad owners and think all staffies are like that...i always try to make sure that my dogs are well behaved and are very well socialised, occasionally there may be a bit of a tiff (although neither of these 2 have started anything with another dog) but like humans, not all dogs can get on with one another can they?
Lol, that did make me laugh about the babies Lol

All I can say June is that you have met some poor excuses for men. Like Staffies there are some good ones about. The bad ones perhaps have suffered from bad ownership! There's nowt spoils a good youngster man/dog so much as being badly treated and roughly handled! LOL !!!!!

June - Perhaps upon my demise I'll be stuffed and presented to the Natural History Museum where I'll be displayed as a long extinct variety of Homo Sapiens, subspecies Decentus Chappus!

Evening everyone.
Hello Mandy glad you had a nice time with mum shame customs wouldn't let you bring the sun in.
Hope the sore arm eases soon LG.
Glad you enjoyed the training with Zen June and that they all had a nice playtime.

Had a nice couple of hours with Michael and Margaret, we then popped onto another garden centre to get some logs as the downham one had run out. Unless you got a huuuuge bag that wouldn't go in Gorden's car and neither of us could lifted let alone carried. So were delivery only.

Thanks Lynn - just one of those things, it'll just need time, that's all.
Glad you had a nice couple of hours out - pity about the logs. You should get a harness on Dillon and have him drag a few big 'uns home. Then you could get warm twice, once chopping them up and then again when you burn 'em! lol !

They've felled a few trees along the towpath, have been picking a piece up everytime I'm upthere and taking it home, there's some really long pieces but can no longer saw stuff up anymore after the last time I went flat on my back (and not in a good way either) very annoying when I am buying it and its lying about just needing to be cut up
LG, more like Decadus Chappus Never found a bloke who could even ride, or want to go near a horse, or was interested in my dogs, so the whole thing was a waste of time, and I'm happier on my own definitely
Here's some piccies of Horatio especially for Moyra, as I know he is her favourite, got a great vid of him too, have tried several times to load them onto photobucket but it won't let me

Got two flipping big trees at the bottom of the garden well one overhangs the wall wouldn't mind either of those chopped down. Sycamore trees if they were oaks would be thinking totally differently.
The one in our garden we would have to have permission to even touch the branches if the driveway goes ahead as hoped the one that is in the neighbours garden would have to go so may blag some branches off that if it happens.
Our new years resolution is to get this cottage to a presentable position to think about marketing it early next year hopefully then let the guy know who keeps on about wanting the access road either pull your finger out or you will have to negotiate with new owners who may not want to comply.

If we get to blag some logs LG we may get Dillon to haul a few for us. If you decide to end up in the Natural History museum I will come for a look see.
