Flipping Friday 28th April 2023

Morning all, yep flipping Friday again. Weeks go by and I must be getting older. Huh seems like it as they say time goes quicker when you do. Hope all is ok in your worlds. Have a good day. Sun is trying to come out. I hope you all have lots of these: Eudaemon

Good morning Brenda hope you have a good day.

Yes the sun is trying to appear here but what an evening for driving yesterday. Most of the usual places were flooded but because it was dark very difficult to see them. I was glad go get home.

Housework day today so all done now. I have also potted up two melon plants for the girls so fingers crossed we get more than the two we got last year.

Take care everyone

Good afternoon brenda, Sue and all to follow.
Been another busy few days sorting out a puppy hopefully. Researching breeders and testing after being let down by the breeder we met at Crufts and thought we were on the list and now the puppies are here and have been for nearly 5 weeks seems we are not.
No call as promised and to be honest due to the rudeness of not contacting and finding out he does not test his dogs for the breed club recommended testing it would have been a no go anyway.
Tried another litter but there is DM in the lines, pups should be ok from one litter but not sure which litter the remaining two boys were from.
So avoiding it.
Was told of a litter due yesterday and both parents had all the recommended testing and all good results. Puppies were due yesterday or today so anxiously waiting for the call or message when they are here.
Might be a day or two though as it will be a very busy few days. Well weeks but most breeders let you know sooner rather than later.

Tomorrow is trying the caravan on the Vauxhall as we are off to the Bernese garden party Wednesday next week (extended) as it's the coronation weekend.
We will be there till the following Tuesday.

Chris gosh what a long day for you and only to find out Gary cannot be helped regarding the teeth anyway. How is Rosie now ?
I hope you are enjoying a calmer day today.
I hope you are having a calmer day too.
brenda enjoy your reading and tv series.
Kazz have you gone for short or the bob ?
griff hope all is well with you.

Lovely photo of Teazle.

Good afternoon all

Very murky, misty day today. Cool, but not freezing so we enjoyed our morning jaunt.

Rosie is worrying us Lynn. The 'lump' on her bottom jaw is back bigger than ever. So far it isn't bothering her so on vets advice we will leave it until it does, but at the rate it is growing, I think she will be back at the vets sooner rather than later.

We are finally recovered from our Sheffield trip. The older we get, the more long journeys affect us Oh to be young again

Oh sorry Rosie is worrying you Chris. Hopefully it's nothing to be worried about.
All you can do is monitor her.
Oh yes doesn't take much to affect us now.

Lynn What a rude man but as you say you would not have gone with him anyway when in depth digging. You know lots about the breed and checks that should be done and will be a brilliant home so fingers crossed I predict 5 dogs 2 bitches in the litter

Enjoy the garden party.
