Did you notice we were talking about the learning theory? A reinforcer (reward) can ONLY follow either a negative punishment, positive punishment or a negative reinforcer, one of those MUST precede a reinforcer (reward)

If the dog is failing, not getting the reward,
then people need to look at the training.

Its nnot been taught properally or has been taught to fast.& do not understand.
Theres no need for a dog not to get a reward if trained correctly.

Dogs are set up to succeed & not to fail when i train.
