Five Gold Stars For Afi Insurance
I have just had a claim declined by AFI insurance for Fleet because we had waited more than 90 days since the last treatment to send the form in - my fault entirely.
However, the illness Fleet has is still ongoing and he needs more tests. In the mean time he is being treated for an uninsured illness which means we cannot continue with the ongoing tests.
I emailed them last night and explained the situation, not really expecting a result because I was in the wrong.
However, they replied today and have agreed to pay out !!
FULL MARKS FOR THEIR PROMPTNESS AND CUSTOMER CARE - THANK YOU SO MUCH AFI - IT IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED, BY BOTH MYSELF AND SWEET FLEET THE KIND AND GENTLE BOY WHO DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE POORLY.
