It’s a chest infection...... no wonder I can’t sleep for coughing!

I have ABs and am signed off for a further two weeks, with the proviso of another two weeks after that if I need it to give my back a chance to get better.

Ho hum.......

Hoping the chest infection clears up soon Vicki and then that backache goes away. You have been in the wars recently. Wishing you well.

Makro today with Tracey, not just boring stuff she wants a new christmas tree so we may even go to the Range for a wander. Of course there is always time to stop for a cuppa too.

Gorden is a bit dissapointed he didn't get the full time job but is intrigued now to hear from Winchester Uni what the Associate tutoring will be about. So he still has generated work from them not bad going I say.

I do hope the ABs clear your chest pdq so that your back has a chance to recover Vicki - you must feel totally drained.

Enjoy Makro Lynn - shame about Gordon not getting the job and hope the tutoring comes through and is interesting for him.

If I had the energy I would do whatever needs doing, but after going to the vet yesterday I just feel like slobbing around!

Sounds like you have got what I have had Vicki and its really nasty. Pleased to say after 3 weeks of being ill i am starting to feel much better. I am still on a very high dose of steroids (40mg a day) so will see what happens when I slowly start reducing them. I am hoping I can go back to work next week.
Hope everyone else is well and enjoying the lovely warm sunshine.

Having a lazy day today. Snuggled in bed with the hounds because I really don't feel well so not doing anything else, will have to take the dogs for a walk at some point though otherwise asbo will be a nightmare.

Its miserable isnt it, ive just come off my antibiotics for my chest infection. Still coughing, but not nearly so much now. My stomach muscles are still sore from it all.

Walking up stairs still takes it out me. Doc said the infection was confined to my left lung only, so thats ok then!
