Would You Believe it!!!

Kyiro has to go into the vets next tue and have his lump removed. The biopsey results are back and its a ????? (I can't even pronounce it let alone spell it).
Anyway the vet said they are almost always benign but have a habit of growing fast, ulcerating and bleeding everywhere, so he feels it best to get him in asap to have it removed before it gets any bigger as greyhounds don't have any spare skin to close up things like this and if it gets much bigger it will be a problem to close.
So next week both my dogs will be recovering from ops

You don't do things by halves, do you Bev?

Seriously though, it could be for the best as you will have two of them having to take it easy rather than one egging the other on for a game.

Best of luck for both of them xxx

Our whippet Jack had something very similar. For years it just looked it a little lump on his leg, at one poiunt we had the vet look at it incase it was a tick. It started growing and then burst and he has to be put under while it was cut out and his leg stitched. Within a couple of weeks, it looked like there had never been anything on his leg.

Well I don't know what too say.

At least they will both be recovering at the same time and hopefully soon you can relax a little.
