Think of me this Saturday...

We are having our annual xmas party for all the oldies we look after on Sunday and I have volunteered to make the trifles...

all 200 of them!

I'm not wasting the sherry on the trifles!

I have to do 50 of them suitable for diabetics too..... and then remember which they are.

Well I've got the jelly stage done!

50 for diabetics (with no sponge fingers, sugar free jelly and fruit in juice) and 150 assorted others, and they just fit in my spare fridge (luckily!)

Now for the custard...

OMG! I've run out of custard!

Looks like I'm off to the supermarket tomorrow, they'll have to have tinned but nevermind.

I made 20 pints as well!
