Yes, that's the same as mine too. Have not had a chance to try mine out yet. The battery is fully charged now. I have been taken up with worrying about whether the ceiling in the back bedroom is going to fall in as it did before because of the rain. It is running down the walls again so we are no further forward. It hasn't stopped raining all day. I am thinking of going to bed. Might pop out and get a drop of scotch instead.

Moyra, I would give you a slurp of mine if you were closer! That water running down the walls again is very worrying, and it's maddening that you cannot get it sorted.

Have to say at first it did Sally, but I was running the vac too quickly down the glass.Found if I do it really slowly it completely dries...no streaks.Just the right amount of pressure and slowly
If you're doing that and there are still streaks, could be that's its faulty:

Eileen, I have tried using it slowly, fast medium paced; I have used washing up liquid plus vinegar, without vinegar, the stuff they provide. I have rinsed the soap off with clean water......tried everything basically. I have replaced the main blade, but the other one is fixed isn't it so cannot do anything about that one. I have even tried to contact Karcher to ask them about it, but cannot find anywhere to send them a message! I will try doing it super super slowly - once it stops raining
