Car Service

I have the first service booked for my car this Wednesday, so I phoned up today to confirm it, and also request a courtesy car, as I can't leave Teagan for a few hours, and I don't fancy sitting around a garage doing nothing.

Nope, no cars available! Surely it's common sense that if you are taking someones car off them for a few hours, they will probably need a car!

I have had to re-arrange it for the next time they have a car, which is a week later, on 26th!

What a pain, afraid though its sometimes the case, even on an insurance claim if the approved repairer has an unusual amount of accident repairs in they don't always have enough cars to give out as courtesy cars. Not much help though to the person who needs it.
