o/h update - welcome home

well as many of you are aware he walked out at christmas - seems so long ago now - and we didnt really have anything to do with each other for months. i still loved him but just took the moral high ground and left him alone to go and figure out what he wanted to happen.

to cut a long story short he came round a couple of weeks ago and apologised for his behaviour and explained it just wasnt what was going on with me that had got to him. we have been seeing each other for the last couple of weeks and he has started to stay over as we have decided that the relationship has too many good things just to chuck it away.

while he has been gone there have been major changes in my life. i have dealt with emotional baggage that i have been carrying around for more years than i care to remember and have moved on both in my thinking about how i view myself. i have also overcome huge insecurity issues that i have carried around since i was a child. because of this my behaviour and attitudes have changed so dramatically that we have had to get to know each other all over again.

i know lots of people would say oh i wouldnt take him back cos you cant trust him but him walking was just not down to him - it was down to me running away from things i was not willing to face up to in my own life.
