Good morning everyone

Very cold and frosty out there again today. Teazle walked and now thawing out. Taking eldest son home this afternoon with his purchases he made yesterday.

I have just been out with the dogs......brrrrrrr cold!!

Curtains all closed and home made leek and potaot soup with home made unleven bread for tea.

Bitterly cold this morning again, but not quite as bad as yesterday, but then the freezing fog hit this afternoon and it is blooming freezing

Kelly, we are on a shared drain with next door and next door but one. Next door but one has a manhole cover in what was the car port, but, like ours, it has been converted to a closed in porch. Unlike ours, they have laid expensive laminate flooring completely covering it. So far, the water board have managed to unblock the drain without having to take up her floor, but it's only a matter of time because it blocks on average every two years or so (probably because they can't fully clear it without taking up her floor)

Basically just our same old, same old.

Tomorrow I have to take Gary to get his eyes tested. His eyesight seems to be dropping rapidly which is a major worry
