Fabulous day turn into disaster(warning not a nice picture)

It was a wonderful day by the river, the dogs really had fun, joining in play with other kids and dogs, having a run across the fields and back into the river......

Disaster struck.....and someone trod on something

Yep you guessed it.....Bruce found something sharp

God damn it....good job he's loved, emergency vets and £325 lighter in my pocket....plus a few sutres, out in 10 days

Aww, bless him it does look nasty, and it looked as if you were all having such a lovely day. Bet he is not a happy chappy with his collar on.

He's not, he's been clued to one spot, funny how those lampshades have that effect isn't it Still sleepy from the anaesthetic, but keeps whining, so looks like he'll be sleeping in our room tonight.

oh the poor wee sole, that looks a nasty one...give him a hug from me.

I think the danger of broken glass ruins so many nice walks and days out, I went for a lovely walk with Hali yesterday, only to find a few nasty broken bottles along the way, we got lucky and seen them in time, Im so paranoid about broken glass now, More so as if Im a good way off the car, theres no way I could carry vinnie.

Aww what a shame.

Fingal always seems to be the one that these things happen too.
