hair dye stains

Anyone know how to get hair dye stains out of vinyl flooring? Got it on my bathroom floor which is pale, tried bleach etc but its not shifting

hairspray can get it off your skin but not sure about vinyl flooring

soda crystals .. try that .. keep thae dogs awy from them though .
