We won, repairs are being paid for!!!

Well folks, after many emails today the company who damaged our wall have agreed to transfer the money to our account. OH has sold them the domain name he purchased yesterday as well. We can now go ahead and get our builder to complete the work.
Sounds like we had them a bit worried when we told them we'd post the details of the problems on the web.
