Your favourite tea when on your own?

Hi

What's your favourite tea when you only have yourself to cook for?

Mine is lamb - especially neck fillet - with crispy roasters and any nice sauce I can find.

My OH works away quite a bit and I have this at least once a week and fancy it tonight so will have to call in sainsburys on my way past going home.

Karen

I make a mean paella. Baz does like it, and I'm rarely alone these days, but when I am I make a load and take it for lunch for a couple of days after - it's lush!

I love those little easy cook roasting pork loin joints covered in crackling and I have that with little roasties and some veg and I eat all the crackling myself!

I made it up, really. :

Mush
Onion
Sausages
Bacon
Tin toms
Tom puree
Courgette
Add cooked basmati rice at the end.

You could use chicken instead of the bacon and sausages, but it is lush with them
