I was afraid this post was going to come I can relate to what you are going through, and having seen a dog with end stage kidney failure the kindest thing you can do is let them go I hope you can find a little comfort in the knowledge that you did everything you could and couldn't have done anything more. It's cruel and unfair that this happens, especially when they are young. It comes on so fast and the shock doesn't help.
