As Pat says, if you have time, remember RICE
Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevate

Thats what I was going to say.Rice. Do the ice 10 mins on and 10 mins off. It doesnt matter that its a while since you went over on it, you may get some relief from it.
Hope you feel better soon hun.
Hugs to you.
Great minds
Actually it was osteopath who told me that when I get my ankle pain...... oh and don't put the frozen peas directly on your skin (as I did) as your foot may drop off..... to sleep.

I'll ditto this - but let's make it five!

Really hope things pick up, and have a nice, restful evening with plenty of doggy cuddles and hot chocolates..

Mine rang tonight when I was in the hairdressers. I very nearly launched it into the sink!

Thanks everyone - your support is fantastic and just what I need at the moment.

I'm not going into work today - they can spin.

I have to take Roxy to the vet for her Cushing's test and then pick her up after three hours and get the results.

Baz has no work today, so as awful as that is in itself, at least he is with me for that - handy in case I totally lose it in the vets.

Ankle is nicely swollen and sore to walk on, but I can walk on it

Thank you all for the hugs - right back atcha!

You sound good today Vicki, and glad you can at least walk! Don't worry too much about that cushings test coz Georgie was diagnosed with that 6 months ago and he's perkier than ever! Think positive.xxxxxxxx
