She thinks she's won.

This hippy is going to take her dogs out for a long walk... First I'm going to give kismet a big hug and promise I'll never treat her like that.

The 'husband' has now chipped in:

ha humans have been hitting their children since the dawn of time as a tool for teaching and learning respect, just as in the animal kingdom the elders do the same to their young, dogs as the currant subject for example even nip their young to put them in line. we're not talking bout hardcore beating here, taking off the belt and ****, that is wrong, but when they've done something bad a smack is needed. maybe if more parents did this then their wouldn't be so many unrespectful teenagers hanging around on streets with knives in their pockets mugging people

Its probably not worth it...

Humans stone women to keep them under control, humans kill and eat other humans, humans have always stolen to get what they wanted, humans use rape during invasion as a way to break a countries spirit... animals kill the previous father's offspring when they take over a family, animals fight to the death over sexual rights over one female... There are a lot of things humans have always done and that animals do that we do not seek to emulate.

Sigh.

Funny how smacking their dog has still not stopped it from doing any of the things they are smacking it for!

If this person was on my "friends" list they would be deleted.

Poor dog!

Some people just don't have a clue sadly.

On the park Thursday heard someone calling their Lhasa Apso for a couple of minutes whilst the dog completely ignored them. When it did eventually come back the woman started shouting at it "Bad dog, blah blah blah" in a very angry tone of voice.

I couldn't help saying "and that's why your dog doesn't return to you-you just told it off for coming back!" but she did say "yes-you're right I did" rather than "Mind your own business!"
