I'm sure it will be fine. Just keep believing and Cherry will be better than ever! Worked when my dog was going to be put down due to a serious stomache twist, she got better and is still living!

Awww poor Cherry. Although given that she has such poor sight, I'm sure she'll adapt very quickly and won't miss it too much, dogs are so resiliant And she'll be far more comfortable. Thinking of you and Cherry on Monday and sending healing vibes

I'm sure she'll be fine

Harley on has one eye, and he copes just fine When he was younger and it was newer to him, he couldn't follow things and had no depth perception, but other than that you wouldn't know. They get used to it though. You'll probably find one of her other senses becomes stronger

Ah-you Dogsey folk are lovely! Thanks for all your good wishes!

Cherry will be fine I'm sure. It is us poor owners who go through it as well as our pets! As you say at least she will feel comfortable afterwards with no high pressure to hurt her and give her headaches.

Fortunately Monday is a strike day at work so they won't miss me and I can take Cherry in to the vets and then go out with Parker and keep busy to take my mind off things. Cherry has a good heart so although she is an older dog I'm not too worried about her going under anaesthetic.

Will let you know how she gets on. Thanls once again for all your kind words. Stephanie and Cherry XX
