Thank you blumerl lover wasn´t sure i usually cook it first when i buy it fresh pheasants my favorite havn´t had one for years

Thanks to you both, It is still in the shrink wrap that I bought it in, so it should be ok, it is just the time issue, I though it might have gone too far. I would cook it before freezing however I don't really care for anything cooked then frozen, it hasn't quite the right taste I don't think anyway.

ive still got loads of pheasants and rabbits in the freezer from last year as long as they are wrapped well,the time limit on meat dosent gone of once taken out and defrosted its still as fresh as the day you bought it so it will be alright ian
