sadly no pay rise my company see the level 4 as my choice although they forget it brings better knowledge to the job

I take my hat off to you for doing this job, you are a very special breed like nobody else, and I for one know exactly how hard it must be. Mum is back in a lovely Care Home and the staff are out of this World, really dedicated if you know what I mean, probably just like you Lise! Well done mate.xxxx
