A virgin one, sorry I am totally utterly useless on anything remotely technical, and I need to be talked to in words of one syllable, very slowly. I put up with Sky for so long because of exactly whats happened!!! The woman on the unhelpful desk was no use to me because she didn't speak English English but some other language that sounded English but with a strong accent and with being deaf I barely understood every 2nd word!!!

Had a brainwave and looked at the stuff on my phone which is also linked to Virgin and the codes on there, its not 1234 its a very long winded one, so it says its on virgin now, am going to disconnect sky and see what happens
