i don't know what to say other than she was full of fab advice always. she helped me alot when jazzie was poorly - i only wish i could return the favor.

I'm new so never had the opportunity to interact with this lady but is very clear that she was highly respected and very much loved. My thoughts and sympathy are with all those who knew her. May she rest in peace and look over our little four legged angels. xxxx

I have not been a member for a long time but have been reading articles and forums for ages so almost feel I know SB... can't believe it I've only just signed on after a short time away and found out she's gone... sympathies to her family and may I suggest that all her advice and comments on Dogsey will serve as a fitting tribute.

What sad news - she will be greatly missed by all those who's lives she touched.

It is with such sadness I read of Shadowboxer's death.

I have been an occasional visitor to Dogweb for some time. In Jan. this year I had my last dog PTS, and for the first time for over 50 years my home did not contain a dog. I have found it helps to read of other people's dogs on these pages, it eases the grief just a little.

Over the months I have read queries to which I had an answer, but most times I did not reply because I knew that a reply from Shadowboxer would be far more comprehensive than any I could offer. it was like she was in the room with you, always a complete understanding of the situation and the way to deal with it.

I feel that all of us on Dogsey and I am sure much further afield, have lost an invaluable source of help and information and a very loving person - Shadowboxer, I shall miss you, your knowledge and your great love of dogs- RIP. Kath

I've just caught up with this. From all the replies I have read this lady truly was a much loved person. I hope that she will continue to be loved and remembered wherever she lies. Rest in peace.
