Oh I don't know Ceiron - I had no trouble getting any from Tesco on Saturday I got some satsumas, granny smiths apples, cherries, bananas and a mango. (Laura is on a fruit-kick at the moment )

Oh I don't care if its foreign or not if its better. We got some grapes once for something Laura was making at school in cookery class and we bought them from a local fruit shop down the road from us and the grapes were absolutely disgusting - they were all shrivelled and awful and other things we have bought from these small shops never seem as fresh so its Tescos everytime for me now.

Ceiron-The fruit & veg you see for sale on markets are all class 2 which means they are not good enough for the likes of Tescos,Waitrose etc (unless they're desperate). They buy it from produce auctions/dealers all round the country and basically if 99% of produce at any time is class 1 quality-market traders dont get it offered to them.

I used to be a lorry driver for a produce company which is why i know this!
