Good afternoon all.
Started off just dull and overcast here, but by the time we were on our home stretch of the walk we got the driving drizzle that really wets you through and boy did it.
Everything now either hung over doors or in the wash.
We were sat in one of the shelters on the promenade this morning when a ridgeback came up into Rosie's face - she was on my knee with the lead on. She gave the dog a telling off. As it happened a PCSO was walking down the front so I pulled her and asked her why she wasn't doing anything as it is an on-lead area. She said it's not the police's job to police it. That comes under the council and as we only have one dog warden for the whole of Lincolnshire there isn't much chance of anything being done. Surprisingly, this also applies to dog fouling. Good grief. Is it any wonder we have so many irresponsible dog owners?
