Ow! something stuck behind my tooth, how to get it out?!

Grrrr and ouch!

I've had something tiny stuck between my bottom middle two teeth at the back all day, and the toothache is getting worse!

How on earth do I get whatever it is out?! My nails and tongue can't get to it! I've tried brushing and chewing gum..

I think I need something like that. I haven't got any dental floss so tried cotton thread lol but still can't get to it, I think it might be stuck inbetween the bottom of my tooth and my gum

Those interdental brushes are excellent. I use This brand but I am not sure if you can get it in the UK.

There are probably loads of other brands of similar ones though.

You can get tiny little brushes to clean between the teeth - I use the make Tepe but there are others. Tesco definitely has them, also most chemists I would think. They come in different sizes - you just stick it between the teeth and wiggle it around!
